In November 2025, JJoy Foundation initiated a project with our partner Volunteer Building Cambodia to provide a family with a safe home, sanitary latrine, clean water system and solar power. This project was generously funded by donations from JJoy’s volunteer team VBC-251123-CP.
Let’s meet the family!
Horn and Sreydoeut live with their young children on the outskirts of Siem Reap. Neither parent has any formal education. Horn works as a construction day laborer and earns $7 per day when work is available. Sreydoeut stays home with their daughter Sreydy (3) and son Sokheang (5 months).
This sweet family does their best to provide their children with better life. We congratulate them on their new home!
