In November 2025, JJoy Foundation initiated a project with our partner Volunteer Building Cambodia to provide a family with a safe home, sanitary latrine, clean water system and solar power. This project was generously funded by donations from JJoy’s volunteer team VBC-251123-CP.
Let’s meet the family!
Sal and Net live with their 5 year old son on the outskirts of Siem Reap. Sal works as a construction laborer earning $7/day when work is available. Noy has no education and stays home to take care of their son.
This wonderful young couple worked side by side with volunteers to construct their new home. Their excitement was evident in every smile! Welcome home!
