As we continue celebrating National Volunteer Month, a big THANK YOU goes out to JJoy’s first volunteer teacher assistant. Danette spent a week working with teachers and students in Cambodia before also contributing to the construction of a new home. We are grateful for her enthusiasm to try out this new (to us) program and pave the way for future volunteers who want to share the gift of education with others. Arkoun, Danette, you’re amazing!
