One of the most exciting moments of any volunteer trip happens when the team meets the beneficiary families for the first time!  These two sweet families were such a Joy to work with. They face many challenges in daily life – including lack of secure housing, limited income and unsanitary living conditions – but maintain a positive outlook and are always smiling. Shown here in front of the homes where they were living when we arrived, they could not contain their excitement for the future!
