It’s been a busy quarter for JJoy Foundation and we’re excited to share the latest news with you. We’ve made great progress in Cambodia, hit major milestones in Nepal and Malawi, celebrated Volunteer Month and more! Here’s what has been happening over the past few months:

During this quarter JJoy sent not 1, not 2, but 3 volunteer teams to Cambodia! We have completed 6 homes, 5 latrines, 5 solar panels and 10 clean water solutions which made a positive difference in the lives of 30 individuals in 2025. We’re excited to announce that the new JJoy-HGO Clinic in Chhonhup, Nepal is NOW OPEN, yippee! This first-of-its-kind clinic in Upper Mustang will serve more than 2,200 residents in the surrounding area. Stay tuned for more updates coming soon. The harvest in Malawi is complete. This season was plagued by uncertain weather but with careful tending and planning by the ground crew, more than 33 tons of unshelled maize has been harvested, yippee! The corn will now dry for an additional week and then be shelled and ground to provide meals for LIAM’s students. Great job team! 🐓 🌽 🇲🇼

Ongoing political crisis and protesting have impacted our ability to work in Mozambique. We are monitoring the situation and hope to resume construction of the Centro Recreativo Joy in Mutua soon. 🛠 🇲🇿
