No construction skills are necessary to work on a JJoy project with Volunteer Building Cambodia.   The local staff of construction supervisors and helpers will teach you everything you need to know!  JJoy Volunteers Peter and Kyle worked with the local construction supervisor to assemble shutters for the house. The metal was cut and the frame welded in the VBC workshop prior to delivery in order to maximize efficiency!
